Every supplier on this menu has been with the restaurant for years. Several are a few doors up Fore Street — Topsham Butchers, Topsham Greengrocers, West Country Cheeses. The rest are close: Brixham Harbour, Newlands Market, Oak Park Dairy in Cullompton, Good Game and Devon Micro Greens, St Austell mussels from Fowey.
